Description

Begin with hotel pickup in the Duong Dong area for a convenient start. At the local workshop, a chocolatier guides you through the journey of cacao from bean to chocolate. This experience requires no prior skill and welcomes all participants.

Learn how cacao beans are grown, fermented, and processed into chocolate, gaining insight into Vietnam’s growing artisanal chocolate scene. Then, craft your own box of around 10 chocolates, shaping and decorating each piece under expert supervision. This interactive session allows you to fully immerse yourself in the chocolate-making process.

Following the workshop, enjoy a guided tasting to explore various flavors, textures, and cocoa intensities, enhancing your understanding of chocolate. The small-group setting ensures personal attention and a comfortable pace. After the tasting, you will be returned to your hotel.
