Your journey begins at Hornbill Adventures, where you will receive a quality mountain bike and an itinerary briefing.
Visit a local family-run Sim wine home to learn about the fermentation process and sample this unique wine made from wild rose myrtle berries.
Explore a pepper farm and observe the cultivation and harvest of Phu Quoc’s renowned black pepper. Fresh pepper is available for purchase directly from the farm.
Tour a fish sauce factory to witness the traditional techniques used to produce Phu Quoc’s iconic fish sauce, experiencing the scale and aroma of large wooden vats.
See the traditional charcoal production process, a sustainable craft passed down through generations.
The tour concludes with a comfortable drive back to the Hornbill Adventures office.

Important Information
- Meeting point: HORNBILL ADVENTURES on Google Maps, located 50m off Tran Hung Dao Street next to Nha Hang Bamboo restaurant.
- Bring motion sickness medication, camera, and comfortable clothing and shoes.
- Children aged 8 to 12 can join if they are at least 120 cm tall and able to ride a bicycle.
- Participants must follow traffic rules and guide instructions.
- Do not ride under the influence of alcohol.
